Methods of Payment

We accept all Credit/ Debit cards payments, Bank transfers, Paypal and  Nochex payments.
 
There will be currency conversion charges applied to payments made in UK sterling from non UK sterling accounts and vice versa. This conversion is applied by the account/card issuer. We are not responsible and do not dictate the currency conversions rates.

Delivery

All Unlock codes  and instructions will be sent via email.

Security

Orders placed online can be placed using our shopping cart.

Payments are processed using Secure Socket Layer Protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

Automatically Cancelled Orders
We run an in-house Fraud Control system on all orders which carries out a number of checks to investigate the likelihood of the transaction being fraudulent. This system is programmed to look for known patterns of suspicious activity based on the order information such as locality, IMEI number(s), IP address, Invoice address, etc as well as the payment details and returns a 'confidence level'. Your order will be automatically cancelled, in the event of a low confidence level - even if the transaction is authorised by Paypal.

We reserve the right to cancel orders we feel to be suspicious and/or fraudulent. These orders are always reported to the relevant authorities. Should we receive a chargeback from our merchant service provider after the order has been fulfilled we will assume that we have been defrauded. All details entered on order together with your IP address will be forwarded to the relevant authorities. You will also be blacklisted from ordering at LGunlock.net and several hundred other associated on-line retailers in the future. IMEI numbers will be forwarded to the relevant network carrier which can also lead to a blocked phone. We also utilised and forward relevant information to CheckMEND

Returns Policy

All unlocking codes are provided with a link to implicit and full instructions on how to input the code into the phone. Our instructions are clear and concise and must be followed carefully. We do not provide refunds to those customers who clearly do not follow the instructions provided.

In the event that customers have fully followed the instructions and the code we have supplied has not worked, we will require small video footage to prove this. The footage must show confirmation of the phone's IMEI. We will not issue a refund if user has previously entered incorrect codes into the phone. These are the terms of our money back guarantee. On rare occasions we may ask for the customer to send us the phone so that we can unlock it for them.
